How many guests can I illustrate at on event
I can sketch up to 10 people per hour. One illustration takes around 8–10 minutes, depending on the event size and how quickly I need to work. This means for an event of 4 hours I create illustrations of approx. 30 guests, and for an 8 hour event approx. 60 people.
What happens if there is not enough time to sketch all the guests
If the number of guests is very high, I take photos and complete the remaining sketches afterward. These will be delivered in the week following the event.
Material and equipment
Everything needed for a successfull live illustration event will be organized from my side. I bring all the material and equipment with me and also include some decoration for the table to give the workspace a nice look and feel.
Can you integrate your company's branding
Yes we can incorporate your brand’s colors or hero product directly into the sketches. This can be arranged in advance, with custom-designed paper printed beforehand, so the artwork is placed on branded paper, saving valuable time during the event.
Setup at the event
A bit of light and a small space to sit is all I need. I work quietly in the background, so the experience feels effortless for you and your guests. My goal is to blend seamlessly into the event’s atmosphere while working non-stop on your illustrations.
